Vohann Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (“Vohann”, “we” or “us”) respects your privacy. This notice applies when you visit the Vohann website or submit information through a product enquiry or STT visit-request form.
Information we collect and why
To respond to product, technical or commercial enquiries, we process the company name, contact name, telephone number, email address, application, project stage, product number or dimensions, and requirements that you choose to provide. An STT visit request may also include your country or region, trade-fair schedule, preferred visit date, visitor count and business message.
We use this information to identify and respond to your request, discuss products and applications, prepare quotation or sample support, and coordinate a visit where requested. Please do not submit information unrelated to these purposes or sensitive information such as identity documents, financial-account or health information.
How we handle and retain information
You submit information through a web form. The website server processes it and sends it by email to Vohann personnel responsible for follow-up. The website is not intended to maintain a separate customer database of form submissions; email copies may be retained according to the settings of the relevant business mailboxes. Operational and security logs may contain technical details such as IP address, request time and page path. We retain such logs only as needed for operation, troubleshooting and security. We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, and delete or de-identify information when the purpose is fulfilled, the applicable retention period ends, or a valid deletion request can be honored, unless retention is otherwise required.
Recipients and service providers
Vohann personnel handling enquiries and visit arrangements may process relevant information. If needed to coordinate a requested factory visit, relevant itinerary details may be shared with STT contacts. Technology providers support website hosting and email transmission. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising profiles.
Possible processing outside mainland China: As of this notice’s update date, the Vohann website server is hosted in Singapore, and form emails are currently sent through the Google Gmail API to business mailboxes configured by Vohann. Your information may therefore be transferred to, stored or processed outside mainland China by the relevant service providers. Mailbox and technology configurations may change. If the processing arrangements materially change, we will update this notice and inform you through appropriate means. Please read and understand this before submitting a form.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit a form. You can still browse the website, but we may be unable to respond to or arrange services for your request. To request access to, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or to withdraw consent for processing related to your enquiry, contact info@vohann.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal. We may retain information where required by law.
Children and updates
